1. Agreement to Terms

By installing the Shadow AI agent, you agree to these terms. Organizations are responsible for notifying their employees about the monitoring of AI traffic for security purposes.

2. Usage License

We grant a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Shadow AI platform for internal corporate data protection. Reverse engineering of the binary agent is strictly prohibited and protected by encryption keys.

3. Liability

Shadow AI provides protection as an additional layer of security. We are not liable for data breaches resulting from employee actions that bypass the agent (e.g., manual transcription or non-networked usage).

4. 2026 Regulatory Update

Users are governed by the Shadow AI "Ethical Usage Framework," ensuring our tools are used for data protection and not for unauthorized employee surveillance outside of business-critical AI usage.
